Special thanks to Miss Martin who works at the reception desk, she was very nice to us, very helpful, understanding and easy to talk to, very appreciative to her.
Finally, the team you despatched to Knapdale District with the body, I left my cap to them. They were sharp in their department, behaved in a business like manner and a highly motivated staff.
